3^rd Sept	Surfing / Beach Games Finish at 8:30pm
10^th Sept	No +One

Please Note

- +One will be running from 6PM – 8:30PM whilst Surfing

- +One will start PROMPT at 6PM

- Drop off and pick up is at the bottom of the Red Lion Steps/Near the lifeguard Hut on the promenade

- Wetsuits and Boards are provided

- Please bring your own wetsuit if you have one

- It is advisable to bring some wetsuit boots as it is quite rocky at the moment!

- Bring Swimsuit/Shorts/Towel / and WARM clothes to change into!!!

NB – Qualified RNLI Lifeguard and BSA Surf Instructor present
